The NH State Parks Library Pass is valid for two adults and up to four dependents to enter any day-use state park for free.

The pass is not valid at Hampton Beach State Park and Wallis Sands State Beach, the Flume Gorge or the Cannon Mountain Tramway, and cannot be used for camping or parking meters.

Reservation required with park pass:
Visitors with pre-paid or discounted access to NH State Parks are encouraged to make online reservations as well. When making a reservation you can indicate that you are a pass/parks plate holder on your order details page and you will not be charged the day-use/parking fee. However there will still be a $1 transaction fee for using the online reservation system. In the case that those with pre-paid or discounted access choose not to purchase a day use pass or parking pass reservation, we will be setting aside a limited number of parking spaces for pre-paid and discounted access based upon historical use. This does not guarantee space will be available when you arrive at the park.
